1 cl sugar syrup
Thomas Henry Tonic Water

How to prepare the Berry Hunter: pour the Grafschaft herbal liqueur, Faude raspberry brandy, fresh lime juice, blueberries, raspberries and sugar syrup into a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water and garnish with seasonal herbs and raspberries.
